Boomtown Brewery is continuing their Chef Series Dinner on Thursday, February 8th! They are collaborating with Chef Justin Disbrow of Savage/Alchemy. His menu (featuring Goat Cheese Fondue Crostino, Marinated Vermilion Snapper and Cured Yellowtail with Black Lime, Berkshire Pork Belly and Kaffir Lime Pie) will be delivered in courses paired with Boomtown’s high quality unfiltered beer. The dinner will also play host to a brand spanking new special release of a Double IPA called LoveTap. Afterwards, Guests can enjoy an open bar tab for a full hour.
