Brunch lovers no longer have to wait until the weekend to enjoy a taste of their favorite beverages. The edgy candy company, Lollyphile, is raising the “bar” on brunch with its new trio of alcohol-free lollipop flavors: Mimosa, Negroni and Irish Coffee, that capture the essence of brunch with the fun and convenience of a lollipop.

Combining breakfast and lunch first emerged as its own meal in 1895 “across the pond” in England. In the U.S., 1920’s Prohibition sparked the rise of restaurant brunching as people sought ways to mask alcohol in creative cocktails. Today, with the new Lollyphile flavors, brunch cocktail lovers can enjoy their favorites in a brand new way – sans the alcohol.

Available as a trio and individually on Lollyphile.com, the innovative brunch-inspired flavors are the latest in the company’s growing line of unique lollipops. Some of their biggest sellers are alcohol-free cocktail flavors, as well as Sriracha, Blue Cheese, Pizza, Breast Milk, Green Tea, Merlot, IPA Beer and Maple Bacon.

Sunday brunch has become synonymous with cocktails,” said Jason Darling, founder of Lollyphile.  “Now you can get a lick of your favorites anytime, anywhere, any day of the week.”

Darling, 37, started Lollyphile in his basement, and the Austin-based company recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. Known for its rapid-fire introduction of unique flavors, Lollyphile’s new brunch bunch takes its cue from the drinks people love most at their favorite hybrid meal.

The Lollyphile website offers more than 35 beautiful, bizarre, and unique flavors. Visit www.lollyphile.com or check them out on Facebook (@Lollyphile), Twitter (@Lollyphile) and Instagram (@Lollyphile).

Cheers!
