It may be 5 o’clock somewhere, but who cares what time it is when NoHo’s newest Tex Mex restaurant, El Tejano, is now serving breakfast?!

Every weekend, the open, airy, easygoing spot will offer Tex-Mex breakfast items including Breakfast Tacos, Tejano Chilaquiles, Huevos Tejano, Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Quesadilla, in addition to a $6 Bloody Mary Special (12oz Tito’s Bloody Mary made with Zing Zang and the restaurant’s own homemade Miguel’s XXX sauce). El Tejano also serves an extensive selection of tequilas, mescals and specialty margaritas, and their craft imported and domestic beer list is one of the best!  No mater if you need a bit of hair of the dog of if you’re just starting your weekend boozing escapades, this is a great place to make it happen!

Given I’m local to the Beverly Hills area, NoHo can seem like a bit of a trek, but it really isn’t. And of course, uber is very affordable!  Once you’re there, you can also explore the heart of the NoHo Arts District as El Tejano is nestled right in the perfect spot right on Magnolia Blvd.

The restaurant made its grand debut in July 2016, aiming to be as big and bold as the great state of Texas. And as you’ve probably heard, everything’s bigger in TEXAS! El Tejano has already become an staple in the neighborhood, and once you go there, you’ll see why!

For brunch on the outside patio, I opted for the fresh house guacamole and the breakfast tacos, but I already can’t wait to go back and try the Frito Pie!

We’re talking all-day happy hour, Texas-sized drinks and classic outdoor games like cornhole, it’s no wonder The Infatuation names El Tejano one of “The Best LA Bars for Big Groups.” Cheers to that!

El Tejano is part of the national entertainment and hospitality group Knitting Factory Entertainment and the founders of Big Wangs and Tipsy Cow, so you know you’re in good hands. Knitting Factory Entertainment also operates three Federal Bars—one each in North Hollywood, Long Beach and Brooklyn, NY, as well as four Knitting Factory concert houses around the country.
