If there’s one thing we love at TGIFguide, it’s a great cocktail. That combined with an amazing venue and a night out on the town, and you have our hearts for sure!
Rum lovers gathered at The Library Bar at The Redbury hotel Tuesday night as boozie event goers were wowed by guest mixologists Adrian Biggs, the cocktail guru behind one of our favorite cocktail spots, La Descarga,and Jaymee Mandeville of Drago Centro who is notorious for her unorthodox cocktail skills.
Jaymee manned the DIY daiquiri bar while Adrian taught Rum 101 with an exclusive aged rum flight. The outdoor ambiance was perfection on the rooftop as guests played billiards and smoked hand rolled cigars rolled on the spot!
