What goes better with a beautiful piece of art than craft cocktails and delicious cuisine? Leave it to our friends at Riveara 31 to come up with three ingenious art inspired menus.

“Revealed”, a 30-plus compelling, once in a lifetime photography exhibition featuring images from Picasso, Chagall, Koons, Miró. The collection has been curated by Olivier Widmaier Picasso, grandson of Pablo Picasso, from the collection of French weekly magazine Paris Match. The exhibit will be open to the public Friday, April 24th through June 30th.

The exhibit has also inspired “Collection d’Art,” (Art Collection) a special menu selection created by Executive Chef Victor Boroda served at Riviera 31 paired alongside craft cocktails. Chef Boroda drew inspiration from the works of the most famous painters in the 20th Century, whose intimacy and daily life are revealed throughout the exhibit. The menus include signature dishes and cocktails whimsically aligned with three of the exhibit’s featured art movements: Cubism, Fauvism, and Surrealism. The three (3) specialty menus and cocktails that will be available at different times during the duration of the exhibit.

The first menu “Cubism” will be available starting April 15th through May 10th with select items such as: Beef Tartare, Clam Chowder, and a Trio of Oyster Shooters with a spicy tequila cocktail named “Guernica Margarita”.
