A lucky few select guests and media were invited to the ribbon cutting of the brand new Panera Bread of Beverly Hills. Our favorite lunch spot took over the building that was once the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Former NFL player and football legend Keyshawn Johnson is co-owner of this location.  The event featured Panera Bread menu items, a silent auction and select wines from Gypsy Canyon Winery.

Signed footballs, Panera Bread gift baskets, and once in a lifetime Suberbowl experiences were some of the items donated to the silent auction. All proceeds of the auction went to the Ingrid Roberts Charitable Foundation that works with the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital to help improve the quality of life for children with rare cancers.  Not to mention, all donations from the Beverly Hills bakery-cafe Day-End Dough-Nation™ program will  go to the The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to support families in need.

This brand new location will also feature Rapid Pick-Up, where customers who order food “to go” (from the web, mobile app, kiosk or cashier) can quickly claim their food from a special pick-up area eliminating the need to wait in line.

Panera Bread will soon roll out fast lane kiosks, meal delivery directly to tables and customized orders where guests can save past orders and “favorites” for easy ordering on their next visit.
