If you had to choose between France and California which would it be?

While Rodeo Drive and the Champs Elysses may be far apart geographically, they’re close in terms of shopping avenue ambience – well minus the palm trees in Paris.  People watching, cobblestone and designer fashion – both have it all. Fact is that the original history of Rodeo Drive was designed to pay homage to the streets of Paris, and what could better complete the LA/Paris combo than a beautiful new restaurant featuring a Californian spin on French cuisine?

Luxe Hotel, the only hotel on Rodeo Drive, has opened a new French Bistro, called On Rodeo. The bistro features a new, innovative menu of signature dishes developed by executive chef Olivier Rousselle, and we have to say, we’ve never met a man named Olivier that we didn’t like.

The On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge also features a handcrafted cocktail menu designed by award-winning bar chef Matthew Biancaniello who’s specialties include using farm-fresh produce. We can’t wait to head over and try the Kentucky Bubblebath, Scottish Beekeeper, The Last Word, and Sage Heaven. Forget farm-to-table, we’re all about farm-to-glass!

Not to mention, there’s Social Hour, which is every day from 4-7 pm and features Designer Cocktails – inspired by the designer brands found in the stores on the world famous Rodeo Drive. Why not have a Valentino on ice to go with that new dress?  You know where we’ll be EVERY DAY at 4 pm. See you on Rodeo friends?
