The newly renovated and expanded KIN LA boutique on Sunset debuted with a party as lovely as some of the fine designers they carry. The TGIFguide team is always happy to have an excuse to shop! After entering the sleek storefront, my first stop was the trunk show featuring eyewear brand Wonderland.
After scanning the merchandise, I picked up the one that caught my eye, which turned out to be one of their latest and best selling shades. The brand is known for their vintage inspired modern eyewear that is designed in California. Leave it to KIN to have their “eye” on what’s cool!
After a few selfies in the mirror I wandered to the braid bar by Cristophe and had an amazing hair transformation courtesy of talented stylist, Egle Miciene.
It was then time to grab a glass of champs and browse the newly outfitted racks. I stumbled up this beautiful 3.1 by Phillip Lim dress that I desperately wanted to take home but resisted. There was also a significant amount of Helmut Lang which I’ve definitely added to my wish list!
The fabulous sandals from UNIF reminded me to keep my calm, not spend it all, and above all “Don’t Trip”. With all the new top tier designer products, helpful staff, and new men’s section there are many reasons to pay KIN another visit soon.
