What a fabulous day the TGIFguide team had at the Kentucky Derby party hosted by The Supper Club, Inc. at the world famous Skybar on the Sunset Strip! Besides enjoying the races, our crew sipped on specialty cocktails crafted by Pisco Porton and enjoyed delicious snacks crafted by the chefs at the Mondrian.
In doing a special guest post for VOGUE Footwear’s blog, we came across the best hostess gift ever – a pair of super cute summer shoes that turned out to match our lovely hostess Tamsin’s dress perfectly 😉
Our favorite part though, besides the amazing style, had to be the fact that it was the first time a woman had ever raced in the Kentucky Derby, in 138 years! Congrats to Rosie Napravnik for being awesome. However, we all know that it’s more about the hat than it is about the horse!
