Bikini season is nigh, and if not for the sake of  having a slimmer stomach, you should definitely try them because they’re good for you.  Cheers to a healthy body and a hot summer!

1 peeled firm kiwi

Kiwi is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Potassium and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

A few slices of  cantaloupe with skin intact

Cantaloupe is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Folate, and a very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Potassium.

1 ripe banana

Banana is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin B6.

This is one of the easiest recipes for juicing!

 8 large cleaned carrots

Carrots are great for its anti-aging properties as well as being very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Potassium.

2 large peeled oranges

Oranges a good source of Thiamin, Folate and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C.

Hint of Ginger

Ginger has been in use since ancient times for its anti-inflammatory, carminative, anti-flatulent, and anti-microbial properties.
