Welcome to El Saguaro, the dream of a desert oasis in Palm Springs.

It’s all about  bold blues, popping pinks, blazing yellows and deep purple, balanced by natural wooden furniture, brought to you by the Sydell Group (the guys behind the Ace hotels in New York and Palm Springs).   Drawing inspiration from local flowers, the 249-room, three-level hotel is a kaleidoscope of Pantone perfection.

Since all of that color might leave you feeling a bit delirious, you won’t have to go far to find some good food to put you back on solid ground. Iron Chef Jose Garces, a James Beard Award winner and one of the country’s best young chefs, is who to thank for the the fabulous food and beverage creations at El Saguaro’s two restaurants, Tinto and El Jefe.
