Exploring Hong Kong is something on my bucket list, that’s for sure. From the unique cuisine to the fabulous fashion and the melting pot of over 7 million individuals from all of the world, it’s no wonder HK is known as Asia’s World City.

Just thinking about all of the delicious dim sum and authentic local fare taunts my tastebuds enough to take a trip! It couldn’t have been better timing to discover this new video series where Michelin-starred chef David Myers (the man behind Hinoki & the Bird, Sona, Comme Ça, Pizza Ortica, and SOLA) visits some of the top restaurants on the Hong Kong scene. His culinary adventures enticed me to find out even more about Hong Kong, and I wanted to share it with you TGIFguide readers!

From the most affordable Michelin-starred restaurant, Tim Ho Wan, to the top of the Ritz Carlton, Chef Myers and his chopsticks take viewers on an unparalleled journey through the city’s finest establishments. I, for one, can’t wait to try this delicious looking Pineapple BBQ Baked Bun. He does have enough food on the table to share with a date! Pick me please Chef Myers!

I hope you enjoyed this video as much as I did!  ^drool^
